eat. stretch. lift.

Welcome! We believe in clean eating, dedicated yoga practice, and challenging one's body.

This blog is a space for us to share recipes, anecdotes, and whatever else comes to mind. We believe that there is an inherent value in constantly pushing oneself to explore the limits and edges provided by one's life, whether those be physical, societal, or simply the challenges posed by "modern life."

Of course, eating is not divorced from these principles. We stand for ethically obtained, nutritious whole foods that make one's conscience and body feel good.

Health isn't simply about focusing on one's physical body only, though. Just as good food nourishes both the physical and mental, yoga allows a space for overcoming the disconnection between mind and body that all too often results in people not being able to listen to what their bodies are trying to tell them.

Although many characterizations of CrossFit and yoga seem to be antithetical, if one pays a little attention, it becomes clear that they are much more compatible than it seems. All of these components can come together and create a sense of general well being. We strive to reach a balance between clean eating, yoga practices, and CrossFit.

So, we hope to share our journeys to reach calmer minds, tastier plates, and stronger bodies, all in the hopes to "suck less at life!"
